Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your account data for Shopping On Way, you can do so by following these steps:

  • Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy and click Settings.
  • Navigate to Apps and Websites to see all apps linked to your account.
  • Search for ShoppingOnWay_Auth and click Remove.
  • Alternatively, you can request permanent data deletion by emailing us at shoppingonwayy@gmail.com. We will process your request and remove all associated user data from our database within 30 days.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or not delivered.
  • Request period: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval.
  • Mode of refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned only if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Request period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping: If a wrong or damaged product is received, we will bear shipping charges. Otherwise, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: Free replacement is provided if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Request period: Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Processing time: Replacement product is delivered within 5–7 business days after return pickup and verification.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within India. Remote locations may take longer.
  • Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
  • Tracking: Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events outside our control.
